**Experience**:

- In-depth knowledge, experience, and troubleshooting abilities with Sour Gas Compressions, Oil Battery Facilities, Amine Sweetening, Refrigeration, NGL Storage Facilities, Sulphur Recovery, and related pressure equipment
- In-depth knowledge of P&ID’s/PFD’s/Shutdown Keys, Microsoft Word/Excel/Sharepoint/Teams, and production reporting software, HMI & Field SCADA systems
- Knowledge of Oil Field well and production theory

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all planned and emergency maintenance with on-site and contract maintenance personnel including contractor vendors
- Work closely with Health, Safety and Environment Dept. to ensure a safe working environment for staff and contract personnel
- Assist and coordinate with maintenance personnel in the planning, management and scheduling of project shutdowns/turnarounds
- Suggest plant operation improvements through process changes and recycles
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, support, and training to operating staff
- Manage time sheet approvals, vacation coverage scheduling, and weekly production data reviews
- Work with Management, Asset Integrity, and Process Engineers to implement plant changes via Management of Change
- Monitor and propose preventative maintenance of all equipment
- Manage month end paperwork and sign off sheets
- Create and update new/existing procedures, work methods, and checkouts to ensure they are accurate and current
- Order all materials for day-to-day Gas Plant Operation
- Manage people & performance programs
- Support Opex & Capex budget process
- Ensure all gas plant activities comply with company safety and regulatory requirements
- Able to respond to an emergency and follow the site’s emergency response plan

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- 3rd Class Steam Ticket preferred
- 5 years supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity or direct experience with Plant HMI and PLC controls
- Skilled at reading and interpreting Process and Instrumentation Diagrams
- Current H2S Alive, WHMIS, T.D.G, and First Aid
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Exceptional problem solving and people skills to motivate and encourage employees
- Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables
- Available to provide short-term coverage for unplanned operator absence

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$135,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
