Province Electric Supply is a full-line, service-oriented, electrical distributor with 12 branches across Southern Ontario.

**Scope of Position**

**Delivery Driver**

This position is responsible for daily customer deliveries, material pick-up from vendors, and inter-branch material transfers as well as accurate picking, packing, shipping and receiving of material.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Pick-up and deliver various items and products.
- Order picking, packing and put away
- Shipping and receiving
- Load and unload goods from the truck.
- Perform pre-trip inspection of the vehicle.
- Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues.
- Work with accuracy in a safe and efficient manner
- Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Must have a valid driver’s license - Class G with a clean driving abstract (to be provided)
- Must be insurable, drivers’ abstract needs to be provided after an offer is made and prior to hiring.
- Must Operate the delivery vehicle safely and following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have grade 12 or GED equivalent
- Responsible and reliable
- Must be a team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good health and physical strength
- Accuracy in following instructions
- Professional demeanor
