**The Parlour Inn** located in **Stratford, Ontario **is seeking a **Dining Room Manager **to assist in leading our team. Our Dining Room Team is instrumental in our success by helping to create special and lasting memories for our Guests.
In overseeing our Dining Room Team, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Your passion for Guest service and flawless attention to detail will combine to produce a seamless event with personalized attention.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Carry out standards and procedures
- Monitor staff arrival & departure
- Assist servers during peek hours
- Supervise D.R. setup
- Responsible for group billing
- Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints
- Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge
- To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
- To be responsible for any monetary transactions during shift.

- Hotel and Restaurant Manager Course
- Communication skills written and oral
- Computer and monitory skills
- Able to recognize and respect customer and team member confidentiality
- Smart serve certificate
