**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning activities.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students, including those with working persons disabilities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Maintain organized classroom materials and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices in early childhood education.
- Communicate effectively in English with children, parents, and staff to ensure clear understanding of educational goals.
- Utilize technology to document student progress and communicate with families as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Level Three ECE.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with computerized educational tools is a plus.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diversity among students.

Pay: $25.05-$29.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
