Do you thrive in a detail-driven, fast-paced environment where real estate and legal coordination meet? We’re looking for a **Real Estate & Leasing Administrator** to support lease management, legal documentation, and cross-functional communication across our real estate portfolio. This is a key role for someone with a strong administrative background in real estate, legal coordination, or property management, and a knack for getting the details right.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and coordinate lease-related documents, including offers, renewals, abstracts, and confidentiality agreements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including tenants and legal counsel.
- Support lease assignments, credit checks, and agreements of purchase and sale (APS).
- Review due diligence materials and coordinate Estoppel Certificates.
- Maintain and organize real estate and legal records both digital and physical.
- Assist with executive scheduling and administrative support.
- Manage vacation property communications for senior leadership.
- Support project and task tracking using tools like Click-Up.
- Provide backup support to the Listing and Marketing Administrator as needed.

**What You Bring**:
**Education & Experience**
- College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-3 years in a real estate, legal, or property management administrative role.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Understanding of lease administration and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with legal/real estate terminology and document management best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with DocuSign, Click-Up, Yardi, or WebForms is considered an asset.

**Other Requirements**
- Must be comfortable handling confidential and financial information.
- Access to a vehicle for occasional legal document delivery.
