- Administer and maintain DB2 and MongoDB databases in production and development environments.
- Perform performance tuning, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Design and implement database schemas, indexing, and optimization strategies.
- Monitor database performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure database security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Provide support for database migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience as a **DB2 DBA** with hands-on knowledge of **MongoDB administration**.
- Proficiency in database performance tuning, query optimization, and backup strategies.
- Familiarity with database tools like **DB2 Admin Toolset** and **MongoDB Atlas**.
- Strong scripting skills in **Shell** or **Python** for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
