Truck Dispatcher

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure timely dispatch of freight.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients.
- Maintain accurate data entry for all shipments and deliveries.
- Monitor freight movements and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to shipping and transportation.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries from customers and vendors.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external partners.
- Experience with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry.
- Familiarity with shipping receiving processes and freight management.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems to streamline operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette to maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
