**Quality Control Inspector**

Under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager, the QC Inspector is responsible to control and ensure the quality of the finished products imported by Bouclair. More specifically, he is accountable for identifying non-compliances, for finding the causes and ensure that corrective measures are implemented.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Perform regular quality assessments for incoming productions;
- Assist different departments such as E-com and Customer Service for outgoing orders inspections ;
- Support on product verification and customer claims associated with quality issues;
- Respond to product quality related inquiries from variate channels;
- Log, tracking, resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist the sourcing and buying departments for inspection, testing, and assembling product samples;
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications;
- Able to raise the flag and give suggestions for improvements of the deviations;
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records;
- Maintain spare parts inventory and inventory database.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a furniture or manufacturing environment;
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, inspection platforms and management tools;
- Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written;
- Strong ability to plan workload and to manage priorities;
- Thoroughness, detail oriented ;
- Strong skills in problem solving;
- Excellent manual dexterity (product assembly);
- Physical fitness: able to work in a standing position, to lift and handle heavy charges
