**The role**

**What you will do**
- Process requests for product returns, price matches, warranties, etc.;
- Process refunds and follow up on them;
- Follow up on orders and any research related to them;
- Follow up with our warehouse, marketing, or product content teams as needed;
- Remain vigilant in the face of potential fraud.

**What you need to have**
- Experience in a customer service role (in person or online)
- Naturally courteous and professional in your approach;
- Keen interest in fashion and outdoor products;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Able to stay calm in stressful situations;
- Experience with Gladly, Zendesk, Shopify (an asset).

**Desired Availabilities**:

- Our Customer Experience Centre is open 7 days a week
- Available schedule: Full-time (32-40h per week)
- Evening (2-10PM) and weekend shifts
- Possibility of working from home after an in-office training period (Montreal's Little-Italy)
- Available for a 4-month contract.

**Hourly Wage**
- $16.50 per hour + performance bonus (up to $18.50per hour)
