**Bomou Bakery**located at Eglinton and Bayview is looking for a Part-time Night Shift Baker's Assistant to join our team. Some baking experience is required and be familiar with French-style bread. A baking education is desirable. We provide a fun work environment, comprehensive training, and excellent opportunities for career advancement.

**As a Dough Mixer & Baker at Bomou Bakery, you will**:

- Work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
- Be mixing dough every shift
- Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, molding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
- You'll also work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong sense of urgency
- To be able to work night shifts **(shift starts at 11 pm) -/ Non-negotiable**:

- Ability to work **every weekend / non-negotiable**:

- People who take pride in a job well done and will look for things to do
- Demonstrated commitment to the bakery's success and your own development

**Physical Requirements**:

- Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 kg
- Frequent turning and reaching
- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping

**At least 1 year of experience in Baking and Dough Mixing is a MUST**
