We are currently seeking a **Seasonal Local Class 1 Truck Driver** to join our operations team during our busy summer harvest period. This position is ideal for a reliable, safety-conscious driver who enjoys local work and being part of a hardworking team.

**Position Details**:

- **Seasonal Term**: Estimated dates of work are July 14 to August 15
- **Work Hours**: Approximately 40 to 50 hours per week
- **Location**: All work is within 100 km of Abbotsford
- **Rate**: $28-30/hr based on experience
- **Schedule**: Weekday shifts and weekend shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate Class 1 transport trucks on designated local routes
- Complete all required documentation and maintain logs
- Maintain equipment in clean and safe working order
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff
- Communicate effectively with the shipping team and logistics manager

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
- Strong understanding of transportation safety protocols
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Ability to work flexible hours and in varying weather conditions
