We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Screen Print Shop Helper to join our team on a part-time basis. You will assist in various aspects of screen printing, heat press operations, and other production tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade or expand your skills in the custom apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with screen preparation and reclaiming processes.
- Reclaim screens using appropriate chemicals and equipment.
- Help set up, operate, and clean screen printing equipment.
- Screen print apparel and promotional items following quality standards.
- Mix and prepare inks, ensuring proper colors and consistency.
- Organize and prepare materials for printing (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.).
- Conduct quality checks on printed and heat-applied items for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and clean equipment and tools regularly.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in screen printing or heat press operations is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
