Work with Sheeting Operators in a team environment to ensure production and quality targets are met.

**Major Duties/Outcomes**:

- Check customer specs and dockets for requirements/special instructions
- Band and wrap skids
- Operate jogging table plus the ability to jog paper
- Pull defective sheets from job and notify a lead hand
- Adhere to and follow written and verbal instructions
- Daily completion of inspection report prior to using lift equipment. Any equipment deficiencies identified during inspection or operation must be brought to the Supervisor’s attention immediately
- Ensure work area is clean and safe throughout the shift and at the end of each shift
- Ensure self and others work in a safe possible way, reporting injuries, occurrences or near misses to Supervisors
- Check for paper damages and ensure the correct roll size, grade and caliper are used before preparing rolls to be loaded onto the machine.
- Wrap and strap finished cut paper skids.
- Place labels on skids.
- Operate electric walkie and/or forklift to move finished cut paper skids to the shipping area.
- Keep work area clean at all times.
- Strap waste skids.
- Tie and weigh the bale.
- Operate electric walkie and forklift in the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
- Check electric walkie and forklift at the beginning of each shift to ensure that it is safe to use.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company’s standard and procedures.
- Perform additional related duties, as assigned.

**Primary Job Requirements (Skills, Education, Experience, etc.)**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
- Able to perform duties accurately and efficiently
- Able to work independently or on a team
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail
- **Must be able to work flexible hours and 3 rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings)**
