**Job summary**:
The Procurement Manager provides purchasing and logistics support to management and staff. The Purchasing Manager is responsible for ensuring that purchases are made in a cost-effective manner, aligning with the Green Beaver business objectives and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels and stock levels.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers, confirm delivery timelines and execute follow ups.
- Source and negotiate with new and existing suppliers to obtain best pricing and terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
- Coordinate with receiving and warehouse staff to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or product quality.
- Regularly review supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize ERP Sage systems to manage purchasing processes, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Ensure ERP Sage data is accurate and up to date for item costs, lead times, and supplier information.
- Help with year-end inventory count.
- Assist operation and logistics with various tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory control (2+ years **required**).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is an asset.

**Résumé du poste**:
Le gestionnaire de l'approvisionnement fournit un soutien logistique et d'achat à la direction et au personnel de production. Le gestionnaire des achats est responsable de s'assurer que les achats sont effectués de manière rentable, conformément aux objectifs et aux valeurs de l'entreprise Green Beaver.

**Responsabilités**:

- Surveiller les niveaux d'inventaire et les niveaux de stock.
- Passez des bons de commande aux fournisseurs, confirmez les délais de livraison et effectuez des suivis.
- Trouver et négocier avec des fournisseurs nouveaux et existants pour obtenir les meilleurs prix et conditions.
- Tenez des registres précis des achats, des prix et des informations sur la livraison.
- Coordonner avec le personnel de réception et d'entrepôt pour assurer la réception des marchandises en temps opportun.
- Résoudre toute divergence ou problème lié aux commandes, aux livraisons ou à la qualité des produits.
- Examinez régulièrement le rendement des fournisseurs et identifiez les possibilités de réduction des coûts.
- Utilisez le système ERP Sage pour gérer les processus d'achat, suivre les stocks et générer des rapports.
- Assurez-vous que les données dans Sage sont exactes et à jour pour les coûts des articles, les délais et les informations sur les fournisseurs.
- Aide au dénombrement des stocks de fin d'année.
- Aider à la production et à la logistique dans diverses tâches, au besoin.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Expérience antérieure en achat, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou contrôle des stocks (2+ ans requis).
- Solides compétences en négociation et en communication.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Des études postsecondaires en affaires, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe sont un atout.
