**Job Description**:
The Global Lead
- Networking & Communications Technology Partners role will oversee the development of strategic market/product line business plans, and marketing programs, to support sales in designated market segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops partnerships. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis presentations. Conducts make-versus-buy analysis from a partnership/acquisition perspective.
This position will be responsible for managing and growing our technology partner ecosystem to extend our capabilities and better serve our mutual customers. We are looking for someone to lead new partner technology identification and integration process, as well as commercial enablement, lead ongoing business development with existing partner, to expand partnership collaboration and keep us competitive in the marketplace.
This position will be responsible for identifying, creating, and managing business relationships with companies to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services, define mutual goals and objectives, provide for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships, establishing metrics to measure sales impact of solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance and selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
This is a Remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. or Canada
**Primary Responsibilities Include**:
- Collaborate with technology partner companies to manage overall partnership management, health and growth through business planning (including KPIs) and execution
- Maintain and / or evolve technology collaboration with partner companies to align to our
strategic framework and growth initiatives as well as new market opportunities
- Collaborate with the market access, industry and business unit teams to engage with
appropriate technology partners based on needs (tech gaps, industry priorities, etc.)
- Build and execute go-to-market plans with partners to maximize customer impact
- Develop and maintain joint value propositions and industry use cases with the partner
- Build selling enablement material for channel and / or sales teams
- Build multi-partner messages and enablement bundles
- Executive leadership alignment and management between companies
- Collaborate with Research & Development functions to determine opportunities for future partnership innovation
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to travel 20-25%

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation-related work
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-facing experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 plus years of experience in commercial skills, such as a background in Technical sales
The base salary compensation range for this role in California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey & Washington State is $122,720.00 to $184,080.00 USD Annual, with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary.
