**Job Summary**
We are seeking a **skilled Drafter** to join our dynamic team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating/updating detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches provided by the designers. You will work closely with the client and the rest of the team to ensure that all drawings meet industry standards and project requirements. This role is essential in supporting project development and ensuring accuracy in design documentation.

**Duties**
- Develop and prepare 2D detailed drawings and schematics using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Update drawings based on feedback, maintaining accuracy and alignment with both industry and client requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Engineering Design Technology, **Drafting Technology,** or equivalent.
- **Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD). Bluebeam is nice to have.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and accuracy.**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous industry experience through internships or co-op programs is a nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Trello or AirTable software
