The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited (FBCL) is a Crown corporation responsible for overseeing the Canadian federal interests in four international bridge crossings between Canada and the United States. Its mandate is to provide the highest level of stewardship so that the international bridges and associated structures are safe and efficient for users. FBCL owns, manages and operates international bridges and associated structures in Sault Ste. Marie, Point Edward, Lansdowne (Thousand Islands) and Cornwall, Ontario.

To maintain and repair the infrastructure and capital assets (bridge, plaza, buildings and properties) owned and operated by The Federal Bridge Corporation.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 12 or equivalent with general mathematics and science courses
- 3-5 years experience in a maintenance environment
- Demonstrated experience in basic plumbing, welding, electrical, civil work including asphalt, structural and building maintenance
- Experience in running heavy equipment, such as tractors, loaders, etc.
- Skilled in use of hand and power tools
- Must have the ability to work at extreme heights
- Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogues
- Must be computer literate
- Must be reliable
