**Position Overview**:
The Financial Services Supervisor provides supervision, coaching, and leadership to the Financial Services Team, also provides investment and lending services to members in the East branches and the Member Solutions Centre. The position further provides daily monitoring and direction to ensure the effective provision of quality member relationship services, adherence to established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, revenue generation and help members achieve and maintain their financial health.

**(This position is not a bargaining unit position)**

**Education and Experience**
- Completion of a two-year diploma in business administration or operations management acquired through a college or technical school
- 5 years related member service experience with a financial institution including at least 2 years in as a lender, plus 1 year in a team lead / work leader capacity

OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Other Position Requirements**
- Working knowledge of supervisory skills such as scheduling and work assignment, recruitment, and performance management
- Ability to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to team, and to motivate continuous learning and performance development in others
- Advanced knowledge of retail lending and investment products and services
- Success in responding to member enquiries and providing a high level of member service
- Working knowledge of risk management and compliance as they related to the provision of investment and lending products and services
- Ability and willingness to complete regular travel within the East Kootenay region

**Compensation**:We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package including but not limited to participation in extended benefits and pension programs, health and wellness programs, and a competitive vacation entitlement.

**Annual salary commensurate to education and experience.**

**Current approx. annual salary range: $63,000 - $83,000**

**Job Location -**Cranbrook, B.C.
