**Position Overview**:
Situated in the reception area, this position is the first-point-of-contact, supports the dealer customer network and is responsible for providing administrative support and general office duties for the sales, operations and customer service teams.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greets visitors, administers sign-in process, and answers all incoming telephone inquiries in an expeditious, polite, friendly and professional manner; identifies and quickly assesses the customer’s needs.
- General administrative duties including; filing, faxing, processing mail and courier requests, errands as needed, takes weekly inventory of reception supplies, and coffee-making duties.
- Makes pick-up calls to customers for goods that have been in shipping for 14 days.
- Ensures showroom is clean and presentable at all times.
- Sorting Fax Pro, Entering QC checklist and warranty cards daily.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years experience in a reception, administrative and/or a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written
- Proficient computer skills; MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Superior organizational and follow-up skills
- Dependable, self-starter
- Strong analytical skills with a solution driven, results oriented approach
- Team oriented contributor with the ability to work independently
