**Employment Type**: Seasonal Full-Time (with potential for year-round work)

**Overview**

This is a labour/ leader/ driver/ installer role, not a delivery man. you will be on site installing large event tents. you must be able bodied and ready to work.

We are looking for a reliable, physically capable **Crew Driver & Installer** to support our event tent and property maintenance operations across Muskoka and surrounding areas. This role involves safely transporting crew and materials to job sites and leading or assisting with the setup and takedown of tents, staging, outdoor equipment, and seasonal property services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive crew members, tools, and trailers safely to and from job sites (must be G-class licensed, clean abstract)
- Lead or assist with setup/takedown of:

- Commercial tents and flooring
- Lighting and décor installs
- Event furniture and staging
- Property cleanup and seasonal landscaping tasks (in off-peak months)
- Follow site-specific instructions and layouts accurately
- Load/unload vehicles and trailers in an organized, damage-free manner
- Communicate clearly with clients and crew leads
- Maintain a clean vehicle, tools, and workspace
- Report any incidents, vehicle issues, or delays to management promptly

**Requirements**:

- Valid A/D Driver’s License with clean abstract (AZ /DZ or trailer experience an asset)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexible schedule - must be available for early mornings, weekends, and long shifts during peak season
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience with tents, landscaping, or event setups is a strong asset
- CSA-approved safety boots required
- Type II hard hat will be provided
- live within 40 mins of Gravenhurst
- Be legal to work in canada on you own accord
- Have reliable transportation to work daily
- ability to work early morning, day time, evenings, weekends, rain or shine

**Bonus Traits**
- Trailer driving and maneuvering skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Mechanical aptitude (basic repairs, troubleshooting)
- CPR/First Aid or WHMIS certification

**Compensation**
- Starting at $28/hr
- Overtime, bonuses, and seasonal gear perks available
- Growth path to **Crew Lead** or **Operations Coordinator** roles
