Duties & Responsibilities:

- Evaluate customer needs and advise on appropriate solutions
- Install, repair, replace or re-key locksets, doors, hinges, pivots, automatic doors (training will be provided)
- Test functionality of service
- Maintain accurate records of all completed work orders
- Remain up-to-date on industry best practices and techniques
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors

Qualifications & Skills:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a locksmith (License is not mandatory, will train)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Knowledge of standard tools used in locksmithing work
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$42.00 per hour
