Please note the following Roles and Responsibilities for this position which includes but is not limited to:

- Able to sand primer or sand and prime vehicles
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to confirm if bodywork is acceptable
- Assist/prepare technicians jobs for paint
- Competent in best practices of refinish preparation
- In many cases prepper is Apprentice Painter
- High drive and urgency
- Other duties as assigned
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of computers
