Cassellholme is located in the City of North Bay which is situated within 3 ½ hours of both Toronto and Ottawa. Nestled between beautiful Lake Nipissing and Trout Lake, the district offers both urban and country living, with multiple recreational opportunities.

Cassellholme is currently seeking a **RESIDENT & FAMILY NAVIGATOR.**

**What can I expect to do in this role?**

Additionally, the role provides essential support to residents and families by conducting tours, facilitating care conferences, and addressing inquiries or concerns. They oversee the family complaints process, ensuring resolution and follow-up, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction. This position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to foster positive resident and family experiences.

**How do I qualify? Mandatory Requirements**:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree in a health-related discipline, social sciences, gerontology, or a related field.
- A Registered Health Professional is considered an asset.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a community healthcare setting.
- Working knowledge of community resources and services for seniors.
- Exceptional customer service, organization, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual communication skills is considered an asset
- Satisfactory Criminal Police Check (CPIC) with vulnerable sector screening
- Satisfactory Two-Step Mantoux Test (TB)
