We are looking for a meat cutter to join our team. We are looking for a meat cutter who is self-motivated, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong work ethic.

**Essential Functions**:

- Cut meat to size and thickness specifications
- Work with various cutting tools such as knives, saws, etc.
- Follow instructions from the butcher and other employees to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Operate various cutting machines and knives
- Clean equipment and tools after use
- Maintain a clean work area
- Work overtime as needed to meet production goals
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds on an intermittent basis. The ability to lift on occasion up to 100 pounds is a plus.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
