Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately estimating the costs and resources required for each project. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Duties**:

- Utilize planswift software to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and identify potential risks or challenges
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather additional information as needed
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including pricing breakdowns and project timelines
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost effectiveness
- Review and analyze subcontractor bids to determine the best options for each project
- Assist in project management tasks as needed, including tracking budgets, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as planswift
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project documents
- Strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately estimate costs and resources
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships or volunteer opportunities.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
