**Location**: 290 Main Street, Niverville, Manitoba

SOAK Bath Co is an all natural, handmade bath and body brand based in Niverville, Manitoba. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Assistant to join our team this summer As a Shipping Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating shipping activities, managing inventory, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the shipping department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer care and with excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, packaging, labelling and dispatching of products
- Prepare shipping documents, such as packing slips, invoices and shipping labels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to maintain their quality and integrity during the shipping process
- Navigate software to schedule pickups with our shipping carriers
- General administrative duties required to fulfill orders and follow up on payments
- Product labelling: soap labelling as needed, general product packaging
- General clean up of workstation and pitching in on dishes clean up as needed

**Requirements**:

- This position requires physical strength, you will consistently be lifting 30 - 40 pounds of product - if you'd like to build arm + leg strength, this is the perfect opportunity to build it while you workAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, our orders can get heavy Save on your gym membership
- Age 16+ and have reliable transportation to arrive at work

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, we are still a start-up business therefore hours will fluctuate with business needs.
- Able to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time
