Responsibilities include:

- Scheduling
- Hiring, training and retaining team members
- Oversee the Front of house part of the service
- De-escalating conflicts and handling customer complaints
- Maintaining a good moral throughout the team even during long and busy days
- Giving continuous feedback to the team about their performance and how to improve if necessary
- Ensuring compliance of all processes and procedures established within the company for what regards the Front of House
- Ensuring the vibe and ambiance are as per Monki standards
- Being a leader in Food Safety and Alberta Health & Safety compliance
- Ability to develop team members into leaders within the company
- Ability to operate all Front of House positions (server, support, hostess)
- Proceeds to Ordering
- Rotate and manage FOH inventory
- Communicate relevant information to colleagues and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Participate and contribute in meetings and discussions concerning product development, company wide initiatives, and special projects
- Be able and willing to go above and beyond when the service demands it
- Contribute to Monki’s goals for increasing sales and creating loyal customers
- POS, cash collection and daily settlement

- You have a professional and friendly attitude
- ProServe certification required
