**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Process cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling practices are followed.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Comply with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
