**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all parts are properly stocked and organized.
- Process orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while responding to customer inquiries and taking orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Excel for tracking inventory levels and generating reports as needed.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing cash transactions.
- Support dealership operations by coordinating with service technicians regarding parts requirements.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in math for accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and effective inventory control.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and best practices in parts management.
- A solid understanding of phone etiquette to communicate professionally with customers.

Pay: $42,160.45-$66,560.00 per year
