**Work Setting**:Two Residential Rental Buildings located in Mississauga & Scarborough

**Own Tools/Equipment**: Steel-toed safety boots.

**Lodging**:The employer will provide accommodation.

**Salary**:Salary $16.00 hourly for 35 hours per week, working hours could be during the day, night, morning, early morning, evening, on-call

**Specific Skills**:

- Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Handle and report lost and found items.
- Dust furniture.
- Disinfect Common Area rooms and other areas.
- Clean and disinfect elevators.
- Clean changing rooms and showers.
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Wash clean glass windows, mirrors, doors, and other transparent surfaces
- Lift 40-60lbs throughout their shift, remove garbage, recycling, biohazard containers/bags to their designated area
- Wash and disinfect toilet bowls, urinals, fixtures, sinks, counters, furnishings, floors and walls
- Remove graffiti, fingerprints, smudges, scuff marks on floors, walls, doors, glass etc.

**Qualifications**
The individual required to fulfill this position must be able to carry out the assigned tasks above, work well with team members and follow directions. They must be hard working, punctual, attentive, productive, well groomed, organized, self reliant, energetic, and team players.

**Working Conditions**
Different work times are applicable from daytime, evening, and midnight shifts. They must work in a fast paced environment and complete their assigned duties by the end of their shifts. They may be required to work outdoors and with challenging and demanding clients.

**Physical Requirements**
They must be able to operate the equipment to be used safely and properly. They must be able to stand and work for long periods of time on their feet. They must be able to lift a minimum of 40-60 pounds comfortably and safely throughout their shift time.
