Cambridge, Canada In4Structure Ltd. Full time

In4Structure Ltd. is an experienced sewer & watermain contractor with projects that include residential and industrial subdivisions as well as road reconstruction.

We are currently seeking labourers to join our construction team.

New to construction or just finished school? We will train you.

You must have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation to travel to our jobsites in Waterloo Region.

**Job Duties**
- Lifting of materials and small tools, up to 50 lbs
- Using small tools such as quick cut saws to cut pipes
- Operating plate tampers and jumping jacks to compact dirt around pipes in a trench
- Occasionally operating small equipment such as a skid steer loader or packer
- Assisting with traffic control and signaling trucks on jobsites

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Must be reliable and able to work a physically demanding job
- Ability to work 10 hours per day, 5 days a week, on your feet in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions
- Ability to work in a strong team environment and to communicate well with the crew, foreman and supervisor
- Ability to multi-task, take direction from foreman and work independently when required
- Ability to follow all safety policies, safe work practices and procedures, and participate in health & safety activities and training
- Previous experience working in sewer & watermain construction is an asset, however we are willing to train labourers
- Must have steel-toed safety boots
- Valid Driver’s License is required with own reliable transportation.

**Compensation**
- Employees will be required to join the LiUNA labourers union, after a probationary period and wages will then be based on union rates
- Benefits and pension plan are provided by the union

**Application**

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
