We are currently seeking an individual to fill the part-time role of Club Coordinator. This is a 6 month contract position,of approximately 10-15 hours per week. Position will go from March - September.

**Requirements**:

- Physical Abilities:

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors occasionally.
- Availability:

- Flexible availability of Days/Evenings/Weekends as required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

- Able to work independently and in a team environment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Clearance:

- Willing to submit to Criminal Records/ vulnerable sectors clearance.
- Language:

- Fluency in English.
- Passion:

- Passionate about soccer.

**The Club Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Providing administrative support to the Soccer Club Board, committee members, and volunteers.
- Working closely with Soccer Club Board Members to plan, manage, and execute program timelines, including tryouts, house league, competitive programs, indoor soccer, and camps.
- Reporting to The Blue Mountains Soccer Club Board.
- Developing House League Teams and scheduling.
- Planning and executing various club events (e.g., year-end house league, coach/manager recognition event, house league wrap-up, picture day).
- Working directly with uniform providers to submit and distribute orders.
- Upholding a high level of customer service for our members.
- Tracking and maintaining up-to-date inventory of all club equipment.
- Maintaining records of coaching certifications and requirements.
- Assisting with planning and execution of the annual Tournament and U9-U12 festival.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
