Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in overseeing daily Retail Operations
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and assist Customers with their inquiries
- Sell products and Services to meet Sales Targets
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, standards and organization
- Train and supervise retail staff members
- Monitor Inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement Visual Merchandising strategies to enhance product displays
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes and reporting (Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide leadership when necessary
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
