**Job Title: Carpentry Lead Hand**

**Full Time: Monday to Friday
- $24.00 to 30.00/hr.**

*The hours may be fluid due to the nature of the industry during the busy season.

**Job Tasks Include**:

- Material Loading & Offloading (Up to 50lbs repeatedly)
- Framing & Finishing but not limited too:

- Decks
- Pergolas
- Sheds
- Outdoor Kitchens
- Privacy Screens
- Maintaining a clean job site
- Maintaining a clean vehicle
- Participate in Site Meetings with Foreman
- Run a Job site in Foreman is Absent
- Complete Task to Company Standards with Little or no Direction

**Key Requirements of this position include**:

- 2 years previous experience in carpentry work
- Have own tool belt with applicable hand tools
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to follow systems & Read Blue Prints
- Deal with Customers with a Polite and Professional Manner
- Continue a Job through to completion if Foreman is Absent
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Abstract
- Ability to Follow Systems & Procedures
- Show up on Time and Work in Any Weather Conditions

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
