**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging products for shipment, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. This position is vital to our operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain.

**Duties**
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and guidelines.
- Inspect items for quality assurance before packing.
- Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged items and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing tasks.

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring products as needed.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as required.
