This position involves both Cook and Dietary Aide shifts.

Six shifts per two week pay period, including alternate weekends.

**These are our four shifts in our kitchen**:
Cook shift: 9:30-5:30pm

DA shift: 10-6pm

Breakfast Cook: 6-2pm

Morning DA: 7-2pm

**The Cook (9:30-5:30) **is responsible for preparing lunch and supper meals, following posted menu and recipes provided. Every Thursday you start the cook shift an hour early to receive and put away the weekly grocery delivery.

**On your weekend you work as the DA 10-6 along side the cook**. As the DA you follow lists of daily items to be prepped for lunch / supper and the next day; general cleaning of kitchen; other duties as requested by Dietary Manager.

**When the cook is off** (sick, or on vacation) you are expected to sub in.

There is some opportunity to pick up more shifts, when they become available. The more shifts you train for the better your chance to pick up.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $17.45-$17.79 per hour
