Founded in 2014, Techso has built a reputation for the quality of its projects delivered to prestigious customers in various sectors such as automotive, aerospace, events, watchmaking, finance and many others.
Techso is looking to expand its DEV team. You will work as a Quality Assurance Analyst to meet the needs of our customers based in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and carry out comprehensive tests covering the entire backend, ensuring thorough end-to-end verification of software functionality
Generate test reports and ensure traceability of bugs and test phases covering the entire backend
Collaborate with teams to define detailed test plans, ensuring complete coverage of possible scenarios
Perform load tests and boundary case validations to assess system performance and stability under extreme conditions
Participate in software release approvals, ensuring that all quality requirements are met prior to deployment
Act as liaison between the development team and production, reproducing reported bugs and ensuring their effective resolution
Oversee the management of the test lab
Propose ideas to automate and reduce effort while increasing code coverage
Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality assurance process
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or software or equivalent
Knowledge of programming
Knowledge of automation
**Mastery of the following technologies**: Java and Python at least
Accustomed to working in an Agile and collaborative environment
Good communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken, as the customer will be English-speaking or french-speaking
Good interpersonal skills and love of teamwork
