**Your role**
- Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail?

We are looking for Trade Settlement Specialist to:

- ensure proper booking of trade transactions in the system and seamless settlement for various products (i.e. Equities, Bonds, FI products, Options & Structured products)
- responsible for trade affirmation with counterparties and follow up on potential failed trade to ensure timely resolution
- ensure enough liquidity in custodian accounts to support trades net settlement
- carry out all the necessary reconciliations related to trade settlement
- perform management reporting, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & respond to inquiries

- You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Operations team in Toronto. We are a small, hands-on team of 12 professionals. We drive the organization forward by working with purpose and passion. **Your expertise**
- 3+ years of professional experience in similar role at a Financial Institution
- proficiency in MS Excel is an asset
- a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
- organized and detail oriented
