Job description:

- Book appointments for clients through a software system.
**- PREVIOUS SPA AND INSIGHT SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE AN ASSET**
- MUST HAVE STRONG ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITING SKILLS
- Provide information about Salon Services to potential clients
- Greet guests, check out guests, cleaning.

Location: Spasation Kingsway Garden Mall

**Salary**: $15.00- $17.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting clients and providing them with a warm welcome
- Providing clients with information about spa services, products, and pricing
- Checking in and checking out clients
- Maintaining client records and ensuring they are up to date
- Processing payments and managing the cash register
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting in retail sales and inventory management
- Working closely with spa staff to ensure smooth operation of the spa

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a spa environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer software and booking systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required
- Knowledge of spa services and products is an asset

- Secondary School (preferred)
