**COMPANY OVERVIEW**:
Royal Machine Solutions is a conveyor manufacturing company located in Brantford, Ontario. We provide full custom material handling solutions as well as standard conveying options for our customers. With our extensive machinery capabilities, engineering staff, and skilled technicians we are able to manage projects in-house from concept to installation. We pride ourselves on cultivating a passionate workforce that is highly skilled in the development, production, and maintenance of conveying equipment and related mechanical systems.

**SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Ability to reference assembly/subassembly drawings to assemble mechanical parts into a final, working product. This includes hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies, motors, conveyor rollers, belting, etc.
- Experience with hand tools (including grinder, drill, die grinder)
- Experience with shop tools (various saws, drill press, iron worker)
- Confidence with installation of basic hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Attention to detail leading to high quality work
- Multi-tasking and organizing work
- Ability to adhere to professional shipping and receiving principles, including proper cleaning and packaging of equipment for protection and aesthetics for products being shipped out, and the safe and careful movement of materials being received
- Working safely
- Working independently (independent problem solving), as well as in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable with computers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Training in Lift Truck, Aerial Platforms, and WHMIS would be considered an asset but not a requirement

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Demonstrated Mechanical Aptitude: 3 years
- Manufacturing environment: 1 year

**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:

- High School Diploma/Certificate

**COMPENSATION**:

- Dependent on skill and experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
