Overseeing sales by working closely with sales consultant
- Work closely with owner of the store to ensure the day to day operations are in order
- Strong background in retail sales (bridal/ formal wear sales experience is an asset)
- Good understanding of the services or products the business provides and its overall industry
- Excellent customer service insight, with a friendly demeanour, attitude and able to resolve issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Developing good relationships with customers and employees
- Proven history of training employees and guiding them towards success
- Manage employee schedule and weekly time sheets for payroll
- Present and maintain the store with friendly environment and to industry standards
- Maintain inventory, customer orders and pickups on a timely manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
