**Responsibilities**:

- Assist tile installers with surface preparation and layout
- Mix and carry materials such as thinset, grout, and mortar
- Cut tiles using manual and power tools under supervision
- Clean and maintain tools and work areas
- Load and unload materials and supplies
- Perform general labour tasks as required on job sites

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a tile helper or in general construction labour
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
- Punctual and reliable with early morning availability
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
