Are you an experienced baker with a passion for scratch baking and producing high-quality based? At **Good Bread**, we specialize in wholesale bread production with a hands-on approach, blending tradition with efficiency. We're looking for a skilled **Bread Baker** to join our Calgary team and help create exceptional products.

**What You'll Do**
- **Produce Scratch-Made Breads**: Mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads using our recipes and modern equipment.
- **Operate Baking Machinery**: Safely and efficiently use mixers, dividers, and ovens to meet production targets.
- **Ensure Consistency**: Follow recipes and processes to maintain the highest quality in every product.
- **Follow GMPs and SOPs**: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure food safety and product consistency.
- **Work Efficiently**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time and tasks effectively.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with colleagues to meet production goals and maintain a positive workplace.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the production area clean and organized while following food safety regulations.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Minimum 3 Years of Experience**: Proven experience in commercial bread baking or similar production environments.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to ensure every product meets our high standards for quality and consistency.
- **Fast-Paced Worker**: Comfortable working efficiently in a dynamic production setting.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain workflow in a busy environment.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy ingredients, and performing repetitive tasks.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- **Passion for Baking**: Enthusiasm for scratch baking and producing quality products at scale.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
