Are you a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on technical execution and performance analytics? We’re looking for a **Digital Marketing & SEO Manager** to take full ownership of our marketing tech stack, analytics tracking, and local SEO performance across multiple retail locations.
This is not a content or social media role. You won’t be writing copy or designing ads — you’ll partner with creative teams while owning the strategy, tracking, and performance optimization.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Own our Local SEO**: Manage and optimize multiple Google Business Profiles. Resolve suspensions, handle reviews, and ensure consistent NAP and compliance.
- **Run the Martech Stack**: Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager, Meta/TikTok Pixels, and structured data across a modern Next.js headless site.
- **Lead SEO Strategy**: Drive technical and on-page SEO improvements, working with internal and freelance writers.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Partner with retail ops and merchandising to execute multichannel campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Own dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, bounce rate, and conversion rate using GA4 and Looker Studio.
**What You Bring**
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO roles
- Strong command of:
- GA4 & Google Tag Manager
- Local SEO & Google Business Profile optimization
- Technical and on-page SEO best practices
- Conversion tracking and A/B testing frameworks
- Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, reporting)
- Headless CMS (ideally Storyblok) and modern front-end architecture (e.g., Next.js)
- Analytical mindset — you’re confident presenting metrics and insights to leadership
- Experience with multichannel retail (brick-and-mortar + eComm)
**Bonus Points For**
- Familiarity with Umami, Sentry, or other monitoring tools
- Understanding of structured data, canonical tags, and SEO indexing behavior
- Awareness of CASL or GDPR compliance
- Experience in regulated industries like cannabis, alcohol, or healthcare
