The CPO - Chief Product Officer needs to drive the team excellence, to design products that meet customer needs and provide design basis and data models. S/he must have deep technical know-how, team spirits, and strong communication skills, be able to guide teamwork and build talent ladder.

**IDEAL EXPERIENCE**

More than 10 years’ experience in composite material structure design and product design especially in composite/automotive industries.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in product development management; familiar with CAD/CAE software.

Have strong communication skills and excellent team leadership.

PhD degree in technical major is highly preferred.

No language skills limit, interpreters can be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $483,357.00-$773,320.00 per year
