As an **Assistant Team Leader**, you will serve as the link between management and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences. **What You’ll Do**
- Keep daily operations on track and efficient
- Guide, motivate, and support your team’s success
- Deliver outstanding customer care through direct interactions
- Oversee purchase processes to create seamless experiences
- Uphold professionalism, organization, and strong operational standards
- Contribute to team meetings and assist in onboarding new staff
- Step up to leadership duties to help meet and exceed sales targets

**What You Bring**
- At least one year of experience in a customer-focused or team-oriented role, with a genuine eagerness to keep learning
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication and a natural ability to inspire others
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or supervisory roles are an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,900.00-$64,350.00 per year
