As a Relationship Management Team Lead you will enhance the effectiveness of the team through support and execution of reporting, analysis, training as well as process and procedure writing. Your goal will be ensuring that current team Service Level Agreements, KPIs, retail performance programs and Integration effectiveness are being properly managed to ensure they are driving business success. Your success will depend on your ability to work independently while leading small teams, provide coaching to team members, and provide analytics to the business that are accurate, dependable, and current.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide current, accurate reports and identify business risks by reviewing and analyzing data to provide recommendations to drive efficiency
  • Complete integration checklist reporting, validation and adherence
  • Be a team mentor - Create training documents and deliver team training as required
  • Manage account setup and process adherence for internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver executive reports for internal teams and external partner(s)
  • Develop process and procedure mapping for the department
  • Manage maintenance of reports and associated dashboards
  • Build and improve our library of dashboards which answer the most common business questions
  • Develop, train and manage the team to ensure team performance standards and KPIs are achieved

Your Skills:

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Strong computer literacy - Must be advanced with Microsoft Excel and intermediate with other Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage, analyze and interpret data
  • Team coaching, training and performance management skills
  • Ability to map processes and procedures

Your Experience:

  • High School diploma required
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma preferred, with a focus in business or data analytics
  • Experience working with Salesforce, ProcedureFlow and Power B.I. preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics-related role
