You will act as a trusted partner to business and HR teams, supporting the design and facilitation of leadership programs, assessments, and coaching initiatives that help leaders unlock potential and deliver results. Key ResponsibilitiesCo-design and facilitate leadership programs and workshops. Administer leadership assessments and provide development insights. Support succession planning and talent review processes by identifying development pathways for leaders. Create leadership resources, playbooks, and digital learning experiences. Evaluate program impact and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Act as a coach and facilitator during leadership sessions and team offsites. Profile & Qualifications5+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or organizational development. Skilled facilitator with knowledge of adult learning, group dynamics, and leadership models. Familiarity with assessment tools (Korn Ferry, MBTI, DISC, etc.). Bilingual (English/French) required. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Education; coaching certification or Master’s degree an asset.
