Our Downtown Vancouver advisory client is seeking an Intermediate Paralegal to join their growing corporate services team on a permanent basis.**Competitive salary ranging from $70,000–$75,000 + Benefits**Must have experience supporting publicly listed companies (CSE, TSX.V, TSX, and/or NYSE).This role supports day-to-day corporate and securities matters for public companies, working closely with senior governance professionals, legal counsel, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing filings and corporate records in a deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities* Support corporate transactions including public and private financings, IPO-related workstreams, and restructurings under supervision* Prepare and coordinate routine transaction documents, stock exchange forms, and regulatory filings* Maintain corporate records, minute books, and ongoing corporate maintenance filings* Assist with incorporations, dissolutions, continuances, and corporate changes* Prepare board, committee, and shareholder meeting materials; draft minutes and resolutions* Assist with the coordination of annual and special shareholder meetings* Track regulatory deadlines and complete filings on SEDAR+, SEDI, and applicable stock exchanges* Maintain share registers, option and warrant schedules, and liaise with transfer agents* Provide general corporate and administrative support to senior corporate secretarial staffSuccessful Candidate:* 1+ years of experience in a corporate paralegal, legal assistant, or corporate services role* Experience supporting publicly listed companies is required* Diploma or certificate in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or a related field* Working knowledge of Canadian corporate and securities regulatory requirements* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines* Clear written and verbal communication skills
