We are currently looking for a Recreation Technician. The Le St-Augustin residence offers a warm, comfortable and safe living environment. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Welcome the residents and invite them to participate in the activities Animate and oversee supervision during the activities Decorating the premises for special events Manage the logistics pertaining to the activities Regularly validate that activities correspond to the needs and desires of the residents and collaborate with the different departments of the residence to facilitate tasks Plan the activities calendar Promote activities related to the residents Write the in house newspaper as needed and take residents' registrations for the various activities The ideal person has : Good judgment and priority management Good sense of organization Team spirit Demonstrates integrity, empathy and autonomy Versatility Sense of planning Sense of responsibility, autonomy and punctuality Required qualifications : Experience in managing activities related to older people (an asset) What will you be offered : To be discussed Sick days and time off for family obligations Challenging opportunities, up to your ambitions Career Opportunity Recognition program COGIR Real Estate promotes access to equality in employment.
